The facts

1. Therapy is good, but not every one brings something

Therapy can only do something if it supports you in feeling. Talking and analyzing about emotions is not the challenge, but to indulge in the living and adventurous process of feeling.

2. Non-feeling provides a “knot”

When feelings are not felt, a “knot” arises. Energy can no longer flow. Depression and inner uncertainty are the result. The only solution is to experience the depth of everything that comes up by itself.

3. First feel, then analyze

Only then is it important to be aware of whether a feeling wants to “say something”. If anger and dissatisfaction always occur in the same moments, it is possible that we are deceiving ourselves there

4. Let the feeling say a sentence

To feel a feeling, it helps to let the feeling say something like “I am sad because … I live so lonely”. This brings inner clarity and can assist in letting fall into feeling to feel it.

5. Out of the head

Feeling is possible only when we go out of our heads. Therefore, the complete relaxation of the body is important and the inner dropping. Falling happens by itself when we start to do nothing. This means, instead of thinking, to feel the body and to feel the feeling.

6. Feeling is loosening

If everything is felt, what currently wants to be felt, immediately enters an inner relaxation. Disturbing thoughts are less and the view of the essentials is free again. Joy can flow again.

7. The true self is under the emotions

When everything is felt, you feel “whole” and self-confident. There is no emotion left to “gnaw” on one who is busy or down. The true self shines through; full of vitality and zest for life, because these form our inner core.

Into this inner depth you get by dropping. This condition comes automatically when you let go completely inside.

In doing so, you can experience the true dimension of life, because you get to a deeper space. Other words are infinity, silence, peace, love.
